Processing times

All orders are processed within 2-7 business days unless otherwise stated. During busy periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days 
  • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days

International

  • Estimated delivery: 7-25 business days

Lost or Delayed packages

Once a parcel has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages or damages caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to help you resolve any issues. 

If your package has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us with your order number. 

 

Incorrect address information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
